Well, it will eventually, but the closest you can get to it so far would be the PSP game Birth By Sleep. It follows the setting made at the secret ending in KH II. Square Enix is currently working on the handheld games more, and nothing has been confirmed about the third game.

I'm not sure about kingdom hearts 3, but kingdom hearts birth by sleep (for the psp) is coming out soon.

Kingdom hearts 358/2 days (for the DS) is also coming out soon.

For the actual KH3, there isn't a release date as of yet, but it is being made. In the mean time, enjoy the other KH games that are coming out this year.
