  1. They are literally next door to each other, with a not very busy road between them.

In 2010, they will actually be connected, but for the moment, when you arrive at Kings Cross, turn right, leave by any exit - and St Pancras (it looks like a Disneyland Castle!) is right in front of you.

Incidentally, the tube station, beneath you, is called Kings Cross St Pancras - shows you how close they are - they share the same tube station.

Any further questions, or if that's not clear in any way, do come back to me, please.

    Does that help, please?

  2. At street level, its less than a three minute walk, as the two stations are literally next door to each other, seperated only by a small access road for rail vehicles.

Just come out the front of Kings Cross, turn right and walk along the Euston Road. St. Pancras is the first thing you come to, the big Victorian building on your right.

  3. It should be well signposted & it's fairly foolproof

This a map from the Transport for London website showing the route

I've never actually done it myself but something doesn't seem quite right about that walk, there must be another exit out of King's Cross onto St Pancras road.

This is the map from the railway company showing a slight variation on the same walk

  4. Yeah it's not far... five minutes walk maybe.  There are connecting tunnels underground, or you can do it at street level.  There will be signs everywhere, so don't worry too much and enjoy your trip :-)
