  1. The UK is one of the very last ruling monarchy. Yet the queen doesnt rule with an abosulute power system. she appoints a prime minister and the popular vote guides her on who to appoint. once having a prime minister he runs the country but for the most part runs the country how the queen asks him. Also the UK can not deploy armed service personal without the queens approval. Monarchs in countries beside the UK however usually have monarchs that have no say in the goverment. for example i am friends with the prince of tonga and have been to tonga to stay in the palace. i asked the king what he does in the goverment and he said i have nothing to do with my countries goverment i just live in this palace and spend my time with whores. So as you can see he may be a little irrevelent.

  2. yup everyday in muh house lmfao

  3. Yes. They provide a clean, simple and nostalgic look back to our past, before the days of such bloody corruption and indecision. Not saying before things were perfect, but at least then people weren't so bloody ignorant of it.

Plus it makes me proud. I am a subject of Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II of the House of Windsor. I can say that with proud, because it was the deeds and oaths of my forefather's and family that installed her, and I simply must believe that honoring our ancestors is a good thing.

  4. Nowadays, most sovereigns does not "rule" their country, they are more or so a symbolic figure. A constitutional monarchy or limited monarchy is a form of government established under a constitutional system which acknowledges an elected or hereditary monarch as head of state, however, the source of power belongs to the state.

However, some constitutional monarchy allows certain "Royal Prerogatives." The Royal Prerogative is a body of customary authority, privilege, and immunity, recognized in common law and, sometimes, in civil law jurisdictions possessing a monarchy as belonging to the King or Queen alone. Individual prerogatives can be abolished by Parliament, although in the UK a special procedure applies.

One of the hidden benefits of a constitutional monarchy is in its impact on trade, and this applies to every monarchy across the globe. For example, the marriage of Princess Mary to Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark has led to a surge in trade between Australia and Denmark. Now the UK travel authority, VisitBritain, has revealed that 57% of visitors to the UK cite the monarchy as the principal reason for coming.

A monarch can bring stability to a society that cannot decide between powerful groups in their country. A monarch can bring consistancy to foreign relationships when governments change. A monarch can be a trained, experienced, confidential advisor to politicians new in office. All these benefits can be enjoyed with a Constitutional Monarchy.

  5. The Whole system of government is based around the monarchy in the UK.

The Queen holds ultimate power in the country and appoints a voted in Representative of the people(The prime minister) to run the country.

The Queen has regular meetings with the prime minister and guides him in his running of the country.

There are other monarchy's that have little contribution their country's, these aren't relevant.

  6. Explain. Dead ones? or live ones?

As regards the present one, the answer must be "Yes!", - because without her (the Queen) we'd be stuck with (AAAaaaarrrggghhhh,....!!) Bush? Blair? Brown?? Hillary? Sarkozy , Tea-cosy, Ras-Putin, Barely-sconi.... D. Microband, Tweety-Bleary, ... - the list becomes endless as well as numbing.

    YUK!!

    The mind cringes.
