Looking for some advice, I'm going to Fry's on labor day and I have 2 choices to make

I'm gonna buy the q6600 combo deal for $150. (also gonna replace the crappy motherboard)

I was wondering which ram to buy along with it

Kingston : http://newspaperads.mercurynews.com/ROP/ads.aspx?advid=32664&adid=6820473&subid=23186783&type=

Corsair : http://newspaperads.mercurynews.com/ROP/ads.aspx?advid=32664&adid=6820477&subid=23189666&type=

Eventually I plan to overclock but not immediately

Mainly looking for gaming performance.

  1. Kingston, you only want 1066mhz if you're an EXTREME gamer, like playing Crysis all day long.  4 gb of 800mhz will get you where you wanna go on your computer guaranteed

  2. What nasa said.

    The Kingston one.
