Kinloch Tiger to hunt for victory in Tom Daley Puppy Stakes
Winning the very maiden race at a new venue is quite a tough task, but the C. Allsopp trained brindle dog, Kinloch Tiger, will be able to do it when he runs in the Tom Daley Puppy Stakes at Perry Barr racecourse on Friday night, August 10.
The one-year-old novice hound made some impressive marks during the last couple of months, gaining a lot of confidence and strengthening skills. The £200 Open Race is going to be the dashing dog’s acid test. He will have to run alongside five worthy rivals
on the flat track of 480 meters.
The brilliant sprinter has accomplished four epic triumphs during just two months of his career. During June, he gained a third and a runner-up position in a row. He managed to break his maiden with the title of the A3 480m Flat that took place at Monmore.
The talented son of Kinloch Brae out of Jeffys Brindle won the very next race as well. That was the A2 480m Flat, held at the same venue on July 7. The victory came with the reasonable margin of 4 lengths.
The enthusiastic hound again bagged a couple of consecutive triumphs later in July. Both these races went down at Hove. Thus, Kinloch Tiger has performed equally well at different venues, and he will repeat the same at Perry Barr tonight.
If the rookie runner manages to win this race, he will gain very respectable place in the betting market.
However, while marching towards the finish line, Kinloch Tiger will have to be wary of Lightning Asset who may trigger an upset.
The R. Harwood trained black dog marvellously accomplished four classic conquests in the month of July. This excellent success streak has spiked up the young hound’s courage and confidence to a great extent.
In addition to this, the son of Green Heat out of Polar Floss finished as the runner-up in his last start entitled as Caffreys Puppy Classic Trial Stakes.
In this situation, a neck-to-neck clash is expected between these two mighty hounds, but Kinloch Tiger will be able to thrive emphatically. The spectators will surely enjoy an exciting action.
