Kinoki footpad users, how long does it take for these things to "clean" your system?

Its just some chemicals the react with your sweat..  Nothing special about them...  No "cleansing" powers

I would suggest a herb/vitamin cleanse as oppose to a foot pad cleanse.

They may help a little, but they will do nothing like a good old fashioned body cleanse.
