Ok... I'm trying to learn to do the kip up..and everytime I "kick up" and try to stand up... i land on my back. AND it hurts like h311...What am I doing wrong? Any advice/tips?Also, do u think I should practice on a yoga mat or something (i practice at the YMCA so I can use these mats I guess lol)oh btw, it STILL hurts when I land on my back even if I use a yoga mat lmfao ='[ ... hahaha
