  1. 1. you kick your feet diagonally, and you round them down under you. It's more of a circle than a straight line

2.you kick with your feet together, but if you land with them apart it's far easier to land/keep your balance

3.just curl in. I still haven't stuck a landing(i'm really freakishly close though) but you have to get your feet far enough back and use your core strength to pull yourself in (note - you aren't really supposed to be pushing off with your hands, they're mostly for balance. it should mostly be in your core/neck)

and finally, falling on kip ups is hard on the body, so it's only recommended that you goof up five in a row before stopping to give yourself a break. It's probably mostly the jarring fall, also maybe a bit of muscle strain

    good luck!

  2. Why do people keep asking questions about this? It has nothing to do with the martial arts.  Maybe in the movies, but not in the real martial arts.

  3. 1. diagonally. upwards will just mess you up.

    2. i keep them slightly apart. i don't think it matters much whatever feels better.

3.ok do you know how to bridge? place your hands like you would a bridge. actually just lie like you would when going into bridge. now kick your legs diagonally, just as you kick also use your hands to push off the ground. your hands should lift your head and body up while your legs pull your body forwards. remember kick hard. your whole body should be diagonal while kicking. then pull your body up as your feet land. that's pretty much it.

    4. i think your body is too verticle. don't kick upwards too much, remember diagonal. and your head shouldn't still be grounded by that time. use your hands to push up and you'll be fine.

remember practice a lot and even watch some videos and you should learn it pretty fast. it's actually not that hard to do and looks pretty sweet if you can master it.
