Kirby Diamond Edition (no power)

Question

Was using it on the couch with the attachment and it simply turned off and hasn't had power since. Cord appears good, switch doesn't seem to click though, but why would it shut off while using it vice not switching on?

No it does not work with the attachment or without.. it lost power as stated and now it will start at all, no nights nothing... Last Kirby for me.
