Kirby generation 4 annaversity user manual

Question

I have been given a generation 4 kirby awith no manual and I cannot figure out how to connect the paper bag. I would appreciate any help. if there suspose to be a part that hold the paper bag on the accordion hose that is inside the cloth bag?thanks
