My kirby handle won't stay upright and I need to replace the pivot assembly switch. I have the owner's manual and I have seen a diagram of the parts on the internet, but I am wondering how to crack the case. It seems like it's using hex keys, but I was wondering if there are specific instructions, or a manual, or special hex key tools or anything. I have found web site to order part, but don't know if the part comes with instructions . . . . .
