Question

when shooting at the object ball and you hit it and the nine ball at the exact same time have you won the game in nine ball

According to world-standardized rules, in this situation where the ball that was contacted first is too close to tell, it always goes in favor of the shooter.  So, if you hit both at exactly the same time and ended up pocketing the 9-ball, you just won, assuming we're playing 9-ball.  M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.

Leave the call on the hit up to the ref that can see it that close you would still have to make a good hit on the8 or what ever it was before the 9 but yes on a good hit you win if every ball on the table except the cue goes in

( But it has to be  a good hit on object ball

Yeah, sort of like tie goes to the runner. If you hit both at the same time, it's a good hit (and a win, of course, if the nine goes).

In the league I play in you must contact the oject ball first, hitting both at exactly the same time would be considered a foul giving ball in hand to your opponent and the nine would be spoted.

That was  stupid of me, I keep thinking about all this other stuff!, of course you win, if it is considered a good hit
