Kitchen Small appliances in Melbourne?

Is there a place in Melbourne that I can find all the small kitchen appliances? My boss is going to open up a new restaurant in Melbourne and would like me to find out the info. Would there be a place(eg in a particular area/street) where I can find all these? Thx

Questions like this always worry me ... why are you on Yahoo Answers asking us instead of spending your time using the yellow pages, the internet, local networking, etc to find what you need locally????  Surely there is a local wholesaler who specializes in providing this equipment to restaurants!  Call them, talk a deal!  If you were my employee .. you'd be fired in the morning!  You are wasting time by not following proper procedures for such a task.
