Kitchenaid KSCS25 Refrigerator Ice Maker Inop. My ice maker just stopped working after 2 years.

Question

My ice maker just stopped working after 2 years. Water still flows out the dispenser. The red sensor light appears to work fine, red light blinks when door is open, then goes solid red when I close to flap door. The arm that sweeps the ice cubes out will turn one direction when I push on it. Should it be able to move? What parts should I replace to repair the ice maker? thanks.
