Hello Master_Tech,I see that you were able to help another DIY'er with replacing their microwave bulb. My microwave has to be pulled to access the bulb. Kitchenaid offered ZERO help with this. I can't figure out how to pull the microwave. If possible, please describe the procedure, and/or point me to the service manual that describes it.Thanks very much for your help.Best Regards,Joe
