Kitchener, ON Traffic Accident?

Question

Between 5:00pm EST and 6:00pm EST in Kitchener, ON. On King St between Grand River Long Term Hospital and The Grand River there was a car accident that stopped traffic running on both sides. Is there anybody that knows what happened in that crash, or least somebody that can confirm the crash
