  1. NO it was shot in the Long beach Harbor for an ad campaign. Kite boards only allow up to 150 feet of line If there was a plain that low over the water you would have way bigger issues do deal with.


  2. It never happened.  If it did, don't you think it would be all over the news?  There's nothing on the NTSB web site documenting this event.
