Kitten Deflea?Deworm?Question.

I am going to get my very first pet and its a kitten, I am just wondering if it will get fleas or worms on it if I always keep it in door and never really let it go outside?

Kittens always get dewormed by a vet, almost all have worms, after that inside cats rarely get them. Fleas u can bring inside on your own body and then they can get onto a cat. definatly need to get a kitten checked for worms with their regular shots, it sortof comes in a package deal with most vets, my vet came with a few months of flea protection which i've never had fleas as long as my cats stayed indoors one escaped 2 1/2 weeks ago and i caught him today, and yet no sign of fleas, have no idea about worms yet have to wait 5 weeks for that. ALWAYS be prepared for the fact u're cat might escape had mine for 2 1/2 years and one night one fell out a window and was totally gone.. cats escape sometimes keep it up on shots and u'll be ok.
