Kitty food?

ok everyday when im going for a walk a little kitten comes out of the bushes and starts following me and i really want to keep it but my parents dont let me! i know that cats eat cat food and mice and fish and tuna etc and all that but is there anything else other from that? does anyone knows anything a kitten can eat other than mice, fish, and tuna??? if you know please HELP!

Put some water down for it but NOT milk or cream as this can make them really ill. If it's under weight give it cooked white rice and cooked chicken all chopped up but make sure you stay with it while it eats or some one else will come and wolf the lot. Fish can make them ill if they are very young as the food is rich so your best bet is wet (canned) kitten food. If you seriously don't know where it comes from, take it to a shelter. If it's really young it shouldn't be outside but its mother might be close so look for her. If it's old enough to go outside it should be microchipped and they'll be able to help identify it.

My cat likes gravy and asparagus. Young animals (kittens and puppys) will usually eat anything.

For example, my dog ate apples when she was little but wont anymore.

I give my cat raw beef every other day. I never feed any ground meat though. In addition she eats Felidae and the Wellness brand.

Although the popular myth, you should rarely to never give cats Tuna. Tuna is a healthy food for humans, but on contrary to popular myth not for cats/kittens because of the mercury Tuna contains. This kitten sounds like it is your cat. You see to me owners don't choose their animals, rather their animals choose them. We don't own them but they own us. Never feed the kitty chocolate or alcohol. To me it looks like the kitty likes you a lot, but since your parents won't tollerate the kitty, you can help him out with two ways. Taking care of him by yourself, or turn him in to a shelter. Depending where you live it would be wise to take him to a shelter since you cannot keep him, because he can fall prey to coyotes and other birds of play, and even cars. But hey, canned food is a great food option and at petsmart or petgo you can buy formulated milk, where it has no lactose, since most cats are lactose intollerant, and you can give the milk as a treat. Milk is not a good food diet but great totreat your kitty once in a while. Kittens requires more food than adults so feeding him canned food multiple times would not hurt. I feed mine kitties canned food three times a day and I always leave fresh water and solid food out for him. Kitties eat a lot and are contastly snacking.
