I understand you are very stressed, feel very alone and isolated and probably have low self esteem. Cutting is the way you deal with these stresses and I cannot pretend to fully understand but I'm sure there are people out there who do and want to help you.
You need to learn to view yourself as a human being who should be treated as such. You wouldn't let others treat you the way you treat yourself.
You could try talking to those you have an issue with, though you may well have tried.
