Kiwee Auto Update-What is It?

I had a little green smiley face on the bottom right of my desktop's toolbar, and when it was highlighted, it read 'Kiwee Auto Update' is running. I've never seen that before. What was it?

Its related to the kiwi toolbar.

Alot of times these kins of toolbars come bundled with spyware.  I would suggest checking you comp. for spyware with the free version of,
