  1. Make a Buzzy Bee !

    .. or

a yellow Road Sign with Sheep Crossing on it

Hokey Pokey Ice Cream - share it around your class mates

Make a 'Bush Shirt' say teddy bear size...

  2. make a pavlova :) grab your mums edmonds cook book its pretty easy

  3. 1)You could try a piece of simple paua jewellry - wire and shell are easily available.

    2) Do something with a kiwi , map, sheep, pohutakawa, koru, paua, shells, cut kiwi fruit,  etc or other NZ theme - make a fridge magnet, or some simple luggage labels,  or sold cardboard coasters.

    3) Cut out pictures of New Zealand things such as buzzy bee, NZ honey, pohutakawa tree, kiwi, sheep, marmite, wool garments, Fred Dagg etc and either decoupage onto something, Make a calendar, or cards.Or a child's book.Or even just a poster, or alphabet poster for a child.

    4) A nice NZ picture, or NZ stamps  glued under a clear glass plate so they show through, would be easy. You seal them with polyurethane after they are dry. Be sure they are front to the plate so you see through from the front. Even a spray polyurethane is fine. The warehouse or even a second hand shop or op shop may have a plain glass plate.

    5) Get a small branch ( no leaves).Use the cut outs or NZ pictures ( could be from those fun NZ Christmas cards) and stick onto stiff cardboard, cut around and make into Christmas Tree decorations. Hang on the branch. You could stick the branch in a NZ beer bottle!( would that be allowed?)

    6) Stick NZ cutouts on a bottle and stick a candle in the top.

That should give you plenty to choose from! Have fun!
