Hi we have a kleenmaid DW3 it wont run, you can reset it and it clicks through but will not fill with water and wash.. Can you please help..

Won't reset or start...lights just run through different programmes but will not operate. Thought it was a problem with LED and powerboard so switched it off then "light show" began with lights running in turn across display.
