Klitschko vs. Haye mega-bout in jeopardy according to Klitschko’s manager – Boxing news
According to WBA heavyweight Klitschko’s manager Bernd Boente, negotiations between Vitali Klitschko and David Haye have hit a dead-end since the latter is making unreasonable demands.
Seems like Boente is now browned off with Haye’s demands. In a recent interview, he asserted, “We are so far apart that from this moment there is no chance of this fight ever taking place.”
He further stated that the former WBA heavyweight is still demanding like a champion whereas right now he stands at a very crucial career ending stage especially after the 12 rounds brutal loss last year by the hands of the current IBF/WBO heavyweight champion

It was the same fight in Hamburg after which David Haye felt badly humiliated and announced in retirement in October. However, last month in January, Haye expressed that he wants to make a ring-return against Klitschko.
He revealed to media personnel that he wants to end his self-proclaimed banishment and face the champion to settle scores with him. He further said that if Klitschko is not up for the fight then he might consider fighting Vitali, WBC champion and older brother
of Wladimir.
Right from day one when he announced his comeback, the Klitschko camp came into action with despisal towards the former champion and the demands he was making.
According to Adam Booth, Haye’s trainer and manager, both the camps started to talk last year in December despite the scornful attitude of both the sides. He further said that both the sides were making progress gradually until now.
Booth has remained Haye’s manager and trainer throughout his career and is helping him out even now to get a title shot regardless of the fact that he is the odd one out.
Booth in a recent interview iterated, “Vitali piped up saying he wants to fight and since then I have had communication with them, but the contract from them has been much less forthcoming than the propaganda Vitali has been spouting.”
As of now, the talks between both the parties have halted and there is no news of a possible bout between Haye and Vitali.
