Klockwork Kazia tipped to win at Hall Green - Preview
Hall Green is all set to witness a tough competition amongst greyhounds in the Grade A2, 480 metres Flat Race in England on Monday, February 13, 2012. The winning cash prize of the events is £122.
Although the race is expected to be a very close one, Klockwork Kazia is likely to prevail today. She has been awarded with a starting price of 13 to 8 by the bookmakers, as her recent performances have been pretty much impressive.
P. Sallis’ trained b***h had been rated as the favourite to win her last race as well, but she failed to end up on top. Despite that, she managed to win the confidence of the bookmakers for today. The reason for that was her competitive run last time,
where she ended up as runner up.
Despite being crowded at the start of the race, Klockwork Kazia pressed hard, and finished second by just a short head’s distance. She has the potential of repeating such a competitive run, and can certainly end up on top.
The blue coloured b***h is the daughter of Hondo Black, out of Go Princess, and was born in February, 2010.
Chicago Grey is another greyhound, who has been doing well at Hall Green over the past few months. He has been given a starting price of 5 to 2 for today’s race, and has the potential to fight the race favourite for victory.
The second favourite greyhound could have had a better price, but his fourth place finish last time around resulted in a bit of uncertainty about him. However, he has the speed and skill to finish at the top of the table, but will need to be at his
absolute best to achieve that.
S. Deakin’s trained dog is the son of Premier Fantasy, out of Corrig Nikita, and was born in September, 2009.
Another greyhound who has the potential of making an impression today is Lady Barrister. She has been awarded with a starting price of 7 to 2, as her most recent performance was a touch inconsistent.
However, she has the potential of making a strong impression today. The G. Ballentine trained b***h is the daughter of He Said So, out of Legislator, and was born in September, 2008.
Maylin Lad, trained by C. Andrews, will enter the race with a starting price of 4 to 1. He has the ability to spring up a surprise, as he has been pretty much consistent over the past few events.
The black dog is the son of Rumble Impact, out of Maylin, and was born in March, 2010. He is the youngest participant in today’s event.
The least favourite greyhounds for today’s race are Supreme Jet and Windgap Kerry. They have been awarded with a starting price of 8 to 1 and 10 to 1, respectively.
Overall, the race is expected to be a thrilling one, but there might be an upset today, as Maylin Lad looks in good touch.
