Borussia Dortmund team trainer Jurgen Klopp feels that the reigning champions’ quality was crucial to beat English outfit Manchester City 1-0 at Signal Iduna Park on Tuesday. He insisted that their rivals have the potential to
improve on their results in next year’s edition of the UEFA Champions League.

The Black Yellows’ boss stressed that he knew if they allowed City to settle down in the match, they would have caused problems for the home side. He stated that the BVB dominated the clash and restricted the visitors to minimum
open chances on goal. He said it was a good game and he is pleased to secure all three points.
"I’m sure that City would have been capable of playing better if we had given them more room. We were really on top of things and didn't allow them too many clear-cut chances," he was quoted as saying in an interview.
Klopp suggested that the supporters played a crucial role and helped the team perform better.
"It was a great game and I’m really happy about it. The fans were great too and appreciated our performance," he mused.
