Klup gets the best odds for The Ceda Chase
Klup has been rated as hot favourite to win The Ceda Chase at Belle Vue in England on Friday, May 11, 2012. The winner of the Grade A1 event will be awarded a cash prize of £106.
All participants will have to display good stamina, as the distance to cover is 470 metres. The action is scheduled to begin at 21:10 GMT and following six entries have been confirmed: Klup, Witton Tom, The Big I Am, Jack Of Diamonds, Dacent Alonso and Droopys
Ramires.
Looking at the experience and current form of Klup, the bookmakers have awarded him with the best odds for the race at Belle Vue. His performances will also encourage the punters to place maximum number of bets in his favour.
The A. Heyes’ trainee is known for his good starts. He has got excellent speed and has the ability to create a big gap against his rivals in this class. He has managed to win a couple of races out of his past five attempts, which shows that he is carrying
good momentum at the moment.
However, the black dog was unable to give a winning performance in his most recent run, as he finished fourth in it. Things were different back then though, as he was running in a Grade OR event.
Klup’s opponents last time around were also fierce competitors and the margin for error in the race was very less. However, today’s favourite got crowded badly in that event, thus lost momentum at the start and failed to recover from then onwards.
A clear run will definitely see Klup fight for victory at Belle Vue today. He is the son of Head Bound out of Honey Venus and was born in October 2009.
On the other hand, Witton Tom has also been performing consistently in this class, which will help him attract some bets in his favour. He has won two events out of his previous three attempts, which shows the kind of form he is in at the moment.
The J. McCombe’s trained hound finished runner up in his most recent run and will definitely cause a few problems for his rivals in the race. He is the son of Westmead Hawk out of Witton Dream and was born in September 2009.
