Km1505 digital copier machine

Question

I have two machines of above model. In one I get C 610 and in another I get C 620 error code. I have checked fixing unit (i.e. heater lamp, thermister,thermostat) found OK. While making switch on machine scanner moves and exposure turns on and afterwards error code appears. Main motor is not turning on at that time. Kindly let me know how to solve the problem.
