Kmx 125 throttle?

i just bought a kmx 125 but the throttle splits half way does what do i need to connect teh other half to and how do i do it

the other half of the cable goes to the 2 stroke oil pump..somtimes older bikes /dirt bikes disgard the oil tank and pump and mix in the tank.........
