Knee Cap?? 10 Points ?

Question

I got up from a chair to get the phone and i heard a crack in my knee. It's hurting a lot and it there's a slight dent in the corner. I'm wondering if i need x-rays/medical attention or if it will heal on it's own? I feel as though my knee cap may have slipped out of place.

leave it alone for a bit and if it still hurts go to a doctor

See how you feel in about a day or so. If it is not getting any better, then I would make a trip to see your doctor. You could have done something to it that you are not used to.

And if it is really hurting, I would go see a Dr. asap!
