  1. Lay on your stomach on the board with your forearms flat on the board. Your hands should be right at the front end of the pad. Start off going kind of slow, just enough for the board to be completely on top of the water. When you feel steady, pull yourself up. Don't try to strap in right away if you don't feel balanced, catch your balance first. Also, make sure that the strap is up by your hands and the handle and loose when you start so that you can easily slide it over your legs then tighten it.

  2. I dont think you are to fat to knee board, I am only 175 pounds and I can tfigure it out myself! My kids bought me a knee board for fathers day and alll my board want to do is go under water, not to mention I can keep my balance. Let me know when you figure out the trick, I am going out to the lake this weekend to try it again!! Good Luck

  3. forget kneeboarding and get a wakeboard its alot more fun

  4. Lie on your stomch in the water on top of the knee board and when the boat starts to pull you slowly pull your self up and get on your knees, then strap yourself in. If you also want to you can do a shore start. You simply get on the knee board on the edge of the shore and get strapped in. Once the boat is ready to go lean back so the front of your board is in the air. Once you get going you can sit normally and have fun!! If you dont hvae you tip up then the boat may pull you face first into the water. Have fun!!!
