I had hurt my knee after doing several squats(~150) but fast and not careful so my knees extended past my toes...I rested my knees and did not do any workout during the summer till now (around 2 months later) and it completelly stopped hurting. A few days ago my knee started acting up like a small ichy pain. Unfortunatelly i did work it out a bit with a few half squats and the knee started aching again. Any recommendations? Can it be a permanent? What can have happened?
