  1. omgsh that happened to me too but i never got hit or anything. it just randomly hurts when i bend it so i never bent it at all for a few months. well i think you should go doctors

  2. No there is probably nothing wrong with your knee at all.

It just hurts because its a joint and every time you bend your knee you are just aggravating it.  Once the swelling is gone your pain should be gone.  Ice your knee, will help with the swelling, plus elevate it. Try to stay off it as well.  Take some advil or tylenol for pain relief.  If you need to walk wrap your leg with a tensor for added support.

  3. wrap it up and if you didn't when you first hit it, ice it. then take a HOT bath. it'll feel good, and make it stop. if it still hurts[as bad as it does NOW] after two or three days, buy a knee brace and see a doctor, you might have messed it up BAD.

  4. if you cant walk on it i would ice your knee and just try to move your leg back and forth and up and down to build up the muscle.

if you can walk on it walk up the stairs a few timesto strenthen the muscle  and then ice it every 20 minutes.

  5. Ice, maybe a bath in some Epsom salt. If it doesn't get better in a few days, see a doctor.

  6. this has happened to me before but not this bad u should go to the doctor!
