I'm 17 and I play rugby, so I run alot. I run with proper form and athletic gel shoe inserts and I always stretch and everything, but lately the right side of my right need starts to hurt sometimes. its not unbearable pain, but the pain is still there. if I put a moderate amount of pressure on the knee, it starts to hurt, but only when there's pressure on it. But it doesn't hurt when I run though for some reason.
but on the other hand, I always drink 2 glasses of milk everyday, but lately I've pretty much stopped drinking milk at all. I doubt my bones even remember what calcium is lol. I was thinking if that might be the problem since the pain started occurring right around a week or 2 after I stopped drinking milk.
So whats the problem? Im only 17 and I wanna join the Marines after college so if I developed knee problems now that would really suck!
