I've got some adidas shoes that are running shoes. they are shock absorbing .. blah blah..

every time I put them on my left foot cramps at the place on the foot that curves in right below the ball.

and my knees hurt.

I've jogged in a fashion shoe (that does nothing whatsoever but cover your foot) and I didn't have any problems.

WHAT KIND OF SHOE DO I NEED!?

  1. You should talking to people who sell these types of running shoes they the expect to fill your need . You may need orthopaedic running shoes just for you . You get the cramps and the pain as you may not be used to be running or may be running not to often . Should you run more often your body as well muscle are being trained for this type of exercise and crave it after a while and no more pain .Have a nice run and have a great day .
