Hi everyone, I'm 20 yrs old & I had arthroscopic knee surgery to remove torn cartilage when I was 12 yrs old. It has been nearly 10 yrs since I've had the surgery but every now & then I still feel pain in my left knee, particularly above the place where I had the surgery-it hurts like h**l when I press on it. I overwent PT (phys therapy) back when I was 12 but I don't know why it still hurts, is it still normal to experience this pain in my knee?

  1. Injury + surgery + elapsed time + compensations = a major hassle to fix. If you are prepared to apply large amounts of time and energy to the problem read http://www.helium.com/tm/148271 for the basic how to instructions.
