Knee pain when moving it?

ok so here it is my knee has always been somewhat tender when i would kneel down but lately when i do stairs or walk alot ot kneel down it hurts like an sob i feel like when i walk like something is twisting sounds strange right but i dont know any other way to describe it...also when im sitting and go to stand or have had a long day walking or whatever at night wheni finally relax feels like it aches so bad also feel it in the other kneww but not as bad..i know go to the dr ...i dont have insurance and i know it would be xrays mris bone drs...so im trying to get soime info on my own,,,

There may be something loose in there like your cartilage . And there isn't much you can do unless you get examine by a physician . knees always wear out or something does crack or isn't enough lubrication in it . You need to see doctor . I wish you all the luck .
