  1. Do some exercises (squats, lunges, stair stepping) to strengthen your quad muscles - they support your knee and help to keep some of the pressure/ redistribute the pressure on the knee.  If the pain persists, you need to see an ortho doc.

  2. You answered your own question, you said you have knee problems...go see a doctor & get some x-rays.

  3. Had the same operation.  No pain as long as I take a good "natural" anti-inflammatory.  I take a powerful "liquid" vitamin / mineral called VEMMA.  Packed with anti-inflammatories and loads of minerals.  Go to www.TrySomeVemma.com   Stop jogging, especially on hard surface.  Just fast walk.  No knee bends.  See Doc if pain persists for more than 10 days after taking anti-inflammatories.

  4. What did you have surgery for?

You need to go to the ortho and have them check it out.  If you had ligament repair, the ligament could be loose.  Or you may have scar tissue. or a patella positioning issue due to PT.
