    If you are saying small medium large then try them on or do a one isze fits all.  If you are looking for thikness use the site.  Do not use the bubble pads because they are too bulky and dont allow free range of movement.  I find that the thinner ones add just enough comfort when you use them but if you dive properly you wont even need them.  If you dive with a large knee pad it will make you skid.  If this is confusing email me.  Hope this helps

  2. i would recomend that u just find a kneepad that fits all sizes. Trust me its a lot easier!!! Good Luck :-p

  3. how big are your legs..

    most kneepads have the size charts on the package;

  4. well. when i bought my knee pads. the package they came in said that one size fits all.

  5. Sounds like you never had one, which lead me believe you should try adult-small Nike Dry Fit.

  6. go for a little biger then your knee and one size fits most

  7. Try them on.  After you put them on, walk around for a bit.  If they slide at all, then they are too big.  If they feel too tight, they are too small.  You need to have comfort, but mobility and flexibility as well.  All are important.

    Nike has some great kneepads that aren't as bulky, so they tend to stay put better, and they allow for a lot of range of motion in the knee, so they don't restrict your movements.  And due to the length they tend to stay put a lot better.

    Good luck!

  8. u try them on
