Knees hurt after playing volleyball?

Question

After playing volleyball for about 3 hours with my team my knees start hurting. Im not in agonizing pain, but it just bothers me like ill stand up and im fine but if i bend my knees they hurt a bit. I know its not because im landing on my knees by the way. Should i be worried?? What should i do??? sorry if this sounds like im being paranoid but its bothering me, and i do use knee pads so you know :)

Its because of all the pressure that u put on them, or u could have tedon problems depending on where its hurts. If ur knee cap hurts then it probably pressure, if it hurts under ur knee caps then its ur tedons.
