So recently my knees have started hurting on and off the tennis courts.
Im very athletic (track, cross country, basketball, and tennis), 15 years old, 5'10", and only 130 lbs. Ive never injured my knees, ive never had any serious injury really; and im rather skinny.
I switched from tennis shoes to running shoes while i play tennis after my knees started hurting. This helped a bit.
Any advice?
