Knife purchasing age?

Is there a minimum age to be able to by a knife in Upstate New York?

The specific store is Walmart.

Something simple like this.

Usually, the minimum age to purchase a knife is 18 years.  If you're a minor, your parents can purchase it for you.

Im 17 so I order my knives from catalogs like BUDK, that way you don't have to be 18, lol!

(They sell knives like that for like 2 dollars.)

It depends but i do believe that walmart requires you to be 18.
