what color should get for a guy and design for scarf...website and others -please and thank u ...i am slow learner

A scarf is pretty simple. Below is a basic site with some basic directions and a decent looking scarf (nice and broad!)...

I wouldn't worry about any kind of fancy needle work or special patterns. I have found that when it comes to accessories, most guys like things VERY simple. You could go with a flat black, or even a black/grays multicolored strand. Or pick whatever his favorite color is (also, you can try to match the jacket he wears most in cold weather).

For a personal touch, when you are done, you could embroider your initials in a corner of the scarf.
