Knockmant Kiki likely to win Gain Feeds Maiden Hurdle Final
Knockmant Kiki is tipped to succeed in the Gain Feeds Maiden Hurdle Final at Harold’s Cross in Ireland on Friday, July 13, 2012. The winner of the main event will be awarded a cash prize of €900.
The Grade OR event will test the stamina of all participants, as they will have to cover an overall distance of 525 yards. The action is scheduled to start at 20:46 and there are a few promising greyhounds ready to entertain the spectators.
One of those runners is Knockmant Kiki, as he is a pretty decent runner and has the skills to outperform her rivals. The bookmakers realise this fact, thus have given her a general starting price of 6 to 1. She will also encourage the punters to risk money
on her because of her consistency.
Although the Colgan’s trained hound lacks the experience at this level, it will not be a big issue for her, as most of her rivals are inexperienced at this level. This will even things out in the end and the spectators will be provided with some thrilling
action of greyhound racing.
The young b***h started her career with an appearance in a Grade A2 event. She was unable to make a big impression back then and had to settle for fourth. She was demoted one class afterwards, but the result was not much different, as she finished fourth
yet again.
These were the only two races Knockmant Kiki took part in the 2011 season. She started off the next season with a solo run and displayed good skills in it. She kept on participating in quite a few competitive races afterwards, but was unable to bring up
her maiden victory in any of them.
Knockmant Kiki made her Grade OR debut in July this year and was given a starting price of 5 to 1 back then. Her start was unimpressive, but she started improving her speed as the race progressed.
Hades Rocket’s daughter displayed extremely good stamina and won the race by one and a half length in the end. Although this was her only outing in this class, there is no doubt that she can repeat such a show once again.
