Knot on breast- what could this be?

I have a knot on my left breast that appeared a week ago. Sometimes when I move my arm or touch it it feels like it's burning. It almost feels like hot water dripping on me. I can't get into the doctors until next week. Has anyone had symptoms like these and what was it?
