I'm going to Soak City soon.. and I was wondering about the ride "Pacific Spin." Is it scary? Fun? Are there seatbelts or handles? Sorry, I'm not that kind of ride person but I know my sister will try to convince me to go on and I want to try it but I'm scared. Haha, and I don't know how to swim well either. Any feedback from anyone who's been on it? Thanks!

  1. Ahh... I remember going on this ride a couple of years ago. It's actually a pretty fun ride and wasn't too scary... a little more extreme than other rides, but not too scary (to put this in context, I get scared of extreme rides easily... my friends convinced me to go on it and it was a blast).

The ride puts four passengers in an almost clover-shaped raft. There are no seatbelts, like most water park rides, but there are handles to hold on to. As far as I've seen, the risk of actually falling out of the raft is rather low, assuming you follow the instructions of the lifeguards. There are multiple lifeguards on duty at the ride, so you should be safe. Try it out and have some fun!

    I hope this helps!

  2. its reallly fun! which one are you going to? first of all you need to go up like six flights of stairs. theres this little raft thing with handles then you go into this tunnel were its pitch black.then you go down a really steep hill thing then your going back and forth in the big thing then at the end when your going out of the "toilet bowl" a bunch of water pours down on you. i think its the second best ride under the huge straight down slide
