Question:

Knotts Rides BESIDES Coasters?

by  |  earlier

I'm on student council and in a month, the school is taking council on a field trip to reward our effort at school. They're taking us to Knotts Berrry Farm for the day and I wanna go, definitely, but I'm scared of big rollercoasters.

I plan to at least try and start small, so are there any rides or small coasters that would be a good idea for me to get on? Hopefully, that aren't lame, as we have to ride as a group, and I want my friends to have fun too.

I'm sixteen and roughly 5'9" if that helps to get a good idea of the rides I should check out.

Thanks, in advance, for any help!

  1. Jaguar is a cute little fun roller coaster.  Try that one.  Stay away from all the other coasters and the Log Ride is a classic.

  2. Try the Log Ride or Bigfoot Rapids. They are easy and fun to ride.

  3. Montazuma has gotten stuck upside down, so that is probably out. the boomerrang pulls you way up high backwards then shoots down the track and what feels like 90 MPH and then you go up really high and lets you go backwards through the whole track.

    go here

    http://www.knotts.com/

    then click rides

you get all the specs and video

    Have fun

  4. You should be able to get on any ride with your height. Like the above answer, you can go on the log rides/water rides. They're still plenty of fun

Like yourself, I used to be terrified of roller coasters. I didn't even go on a looping one until my middle school grad night (I was 13 years old), but from that point on, I fell in love with roller coasters especially the extreme ones. Hopefully you'll overcome your fear like I did
