Knotts berry farm and disneyland?

i am going to knotts berry farm on august 18 which is a monday. should disneyland be more crowded than knotts? on average, how long do you think the lines at disneyland are going to be...and how long do you think the lines for knotts are going to be? thank you sooo much

Well since its close to school starting here most schools start around the 13th so it may not be that busy and Mondays are usually a great day to go to places like Knott's Berry Farm...Disneyland may not be that busy as well...on a saturday is when they are the busiest...but as for the long lines its usually full at Nemo, Space, Splash and Matterhorn but if you get in line 5 min before the park closes then you can still get on the attraction they dont close the line til its 12 on the dot...also as far as boomerang cant handle that type of roller coaster but my son loved it and has been on it several times he says its intense and a lot of fun....

Both parks will have there general summer crowds. Disneyland is larger and more popular, so will most likely have less shoulder room than Knotts. Both parks will still have a lot of summer camp kids, especially knotts. Also knotts is more likely to have special event crowds too. The lines at disneyland will be about 30 minutes for rides like matterhorn and thunder mountain, up to 60 minutes for space mountian or indiana jones. The submarines will be over an hour because they are fairly new.

During the summer, both parks are pretty crowded.  I just went to Disneyland last night and the lines where pretty long.  Indy was 80 minutes long, Space was 60 minutes and Splash was 30 minutes long (but that was at 11:00pm).

At Knott's, the ride wait times are similar but slightly shorter.  FYI:  The most crowded lines for rides in the morning is Ghostrider and Silver Bullet since they are the closest to the park entrance so you might want to skip to rides like the log ride, Supreme Scream or Plunge.

I don't know about Knottsberry farm, but I know a few things about Disney:

Get there right when it opens at 8 or 8:30 i can't remember which one it is

If you are planning on going on Indiana Jones, go on this one first because the line gets really long REALLY fast

same with space mountain

But they don;'t really have long lines during the day because a lot of little kids go during the day and a lot of them don't like those rides, compared to all the older kids who go at night and want to go on those rides

what I do is I get fast passes for all the ones that have long lines, and then i go on the ones with short lines while I'm waiting for the return time

but the lines are generally pretty short

only the really popular ones have lines, and they're usually twenty minutes long

and they're longer at night

but they can be longer but you're goin on a monday

they're really good at keeping the lines moving
