I agree, Disneyland!! It's bigger, has more to see and do, the crowds are a little worse but that should tell you something. If you're going to spend money on a theme park it might as well be one that's clean, has high standards, where the employees will treat you nicely, the rides are fun, and there are so many other things to do. Knott's is honestly sort of boring.

if you want to spend allot of money i will say disneyland but knotts you can spend way less it depends.

I've always enjoyed Disneyland more because of a better variety of rides and things to do. Knott's Berry Farm is usually less crowded though.

If I had to pick one over the other, it would definitely be Disneyland.

Definitely Knott's berry farm.

It's less crowded, and it has a lot of variety of rides. It has extreme rides like xcelerator and rides for the kids like Jaguar! and many others, lots of water rides too.. I guarantee you that you are going to have a lot of fun there.

it is safer, cleaner, the attractions are better and they are better maintained, the variety of the attractions are aimed for all ages

Well, I am a huge disneyland fan; went there with my friends and had the time of my life.  I did the same exact thing at Knotts berry farm.  

Comparison?  NONE!  Disneyland definitely tops knotts; especially during the summer because a lot of teens go there.  First of all,  there isn't much security in Knotts.  Meaning: Anyone cuts in the lines and there isn't much that can be done about it.  In Disneyland,  There is security ALL OVER the place.  I saw a kid try and cut and he got caught; sent to the back of the line.  Also,  Disneyland is WAY cleaner.  I do not know why, but at Silver bullet,  There is this rooftop that is full of nothing but hundreds of gum that were spit-out.  there is also trash in many places and there isn't much staff to deal with that.  tHen, there are the Fastpasses which allow for less wait at certain rides at Disneyland; Knotts doesn't have that option and the wait can go up to 2-3 hrs.  

These are my opinions, but if you like thrill rides, then go to Knotts.  I am the moderate rider; i like california screamin and space mountain.  I also enjoy the atmosphere of disneyland. Especially during christmas because the whole park is transformed with music and carolers here and there.
