Know A Good Mother's Day Breakfast Restaurant?

We'll be celebrating 3 rather traditional Vietnamese moms, 1 Vietnamese grandma, and 1 caucasian step-mother on Mother's Day.

I'm looking for a good place within San Jose to go to where they don't just serve hardy American platters because my grandma's really not into that stuff. An asian restaurant is fine, and any other ethnic restaurant would be fine too if you could describe to me what types of food would be available at 9 AM in the morning.

BTW, does anyone know of a place where dim sum is available at 9 AM??

Village inn or Denny's keep it simple a buffet would be nice at say a hotel they usaully have a good spead! fresh fruit, eggs,veggies, and cut meat Ham or Roast beef..every body likes french toast!
